The Expert Exchange and Training programme brings together partnership representatives and experts on project development and financing. The Centre sponsors consultations with partnership projects, enabling experts to provide guidance for different aspects of setting up and running partnerships, and share case studies and best practices.

CASDP will also create a learning centre and seminar series, encouraging best practice development, setting standards for service provision, exploring partnerships with business and other stakeholders, and defining mechanisms to monitor and evaluate project impact.
